Lately I've just been stumped about subjects for a Journal entry. I don't know if my life is really that boring, or if I just feel like it is <LOL>.... So, I've decided to randomly pick pictures out of my files (either digital or hardcopy) and see if I can come up with an entry from it! Soooooooo.... Here goes the first one:
This is a picture from a trip we took to Busch Gardens around Christmas time. The attraction is advertised as:
Myombe Reserve
Enter the lush forest where gorillas and chimpanzees can be viewed in the naturalistic habitat of Myombe Reserve. Tour the Great Ape Domain amid waterfalls and through shrouds of mist and fog to get an up close look at these majestic primates.
While walking thru this attraction, we turned a corner and I got this really cool picture. It almost feels like you are actually in the jungle and peeking thru the trees to catch a glimpse of the gorillas...

Hmmm I know alittle about your history and all I can say is that girl, you have a TON you could write about. Most of us have never dreamed of hanging out with lions and tigers oh my! Thats an amazing picture of the gorilla. In my little town wer are lucky to have a simple monkey much less a bonifide gorilla :o)

Now I KNOW you can come up with something more interesting than the drivel I write about. You just can't see the forest for the trees. Step back and look at your life from a distance, there's plenty to blog.
Often when I go to the Zoo here I wonder who IS REALLY watching who when we visit the animals! lol They seem so bored with us humans already but we can sit and watch them for hours! lol
I used to live in the Tampa area and always loved going to Busch Gardens. Great PIC. Thanks for the nice comment in my new journal! I have added your journal to my alerts, so I'll be reading you regularly now.

Hey, what's my broher doing at Busch Gardens?
Hey...I hear a good poop story always comes in handy when you have writers block. LOL!!!
gee, your life is so boring that you have nothing to post about. must be nice! i'll let you know if my life ever gets that predictable and uneventful. dang, i'd pay for my life to be that predictable and uneventful!
lol...listen to you of all people, talk about your boring life...lol!...
This is a great idea for a journal entry! I love this one, and the picture...
Thanks for stopping by my Journal! I enjoyed looking at your photos...
Thanks for stopping by and glad to see I am not the only one that gets stumped sometimes when it comes to what to write about. Love the pictures. :)

You seem to love animals of all kinds and I love visiting you because of it. As they say, animals can tell a great person from a mean person. You must be a great person because animals like you as much as you like them.
What an awesome picture! I once met a gorilla that could sign (koKo). It is so neat to know what theya re thinking!
Come visit our daily blog !
Whoa, that is very cool indeed.
Hope you get through the writer's block soon. Missed reading your thoughts. :(

You are the person who sort of brings the animal world into our journaling . . . maybe I've just read and looked at the first part of your journal. There's a tiger at the top and you haven't been writing much lately so whenever I come to your journal there's the picture of your beautiful horse . . . and now, THIS GORILLA!!! Gotta love it!!! You're right, it does feel like I've just walked around the corner and run into one in the wild! OMG, that is wonderful.
PLEASE WRITE a little, in addition to your file photos. You are such an intelligent person. I love how you pull us in to your writing. We need more intelligence and more "spark" . . . and you are one of the writer that bring that to our community!!!
OOOOPPPSSS! I just read that back and I'm probably not making any friends in J-Land, but anyone who has read your writing knows what I mean. I'm just encouraging you to WRITE. It's a real loss, if you don't.
We love your personality. PLEASE take the time to write. We will benefit, and you can pull these pages and (if you want them read) your kids, grandchildren, etc. will learn about you and appreciate you even more! Man, somebody stop me. Isn't there a limit on the length of these comments. Comment police, take me away . . . .
I love this shot, I know what you mean about writer's block, just write when it comes to you, your doing great, I love your entries. I have to go to the zoo again, I had some great shots but lost most of them when my computer crashed.

love bush gardens...I felt this way too about journaling, that's why almost 2 weeks between entries went by before I updated again...just don't put any pressure on yourself to write....write when you feel like it!
